Award-winning author, Stan Schuermann, wears many hats. In addition to co-authoring two books with his wife Cheryl, he is also an accomplished illustrator. Stan is a husband of 50+ years, father to four sons, and Papa to thirteen grandchildren. In the midst of a professional career, Stan has been a Bible teacher and speaker for over forty years in his local church. Now retired, he teaches weekly and devotes himself to writing, illustrating, and meeting with college-age men to encourage them in a life of faith. When not engaged in all of the above, he enjoys being an occasional farmer and will forever be a wannabe cowboy.
Stan and Cheryl Schuermann have been devoted to ministry together for most of their 50+ marriage. They are passionate about helping parents create a culture in their home that will prepare children for a life of faith. Together, they have taught and mentored parents in their local church for nearly three decades. The 2nd edition of Raising Kids for Tomorrow's World will launch in February 2026.
In addition, Stan and Cheryl desire to lead teens and young adults to the life God calls them to live. This desire led to their upcoming book for preteen/young teen boys, Get Your Boots On, and Stan’s ministry to college-age men called Table Talk.
Their favorite place to be with family is at their country retreat, affectionately known as The Farm.
